Shelley’s Table is a place where people get together to learn how to cook and enjoy the fruits of their labor in a relaxed convivial atmosphere. Whether in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or international destinations, Shelley’s Table will always be a fun place to learn international cooking with an emphasis on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
Cooking Classes
Shelley hosts regularly scheduled cooking classes, teaching guests how to prepare a variety of fresh cuisines, in both Lambertville, NJ and New Hope, PA. Guests will learn to create a meal that has been menu-developed and perfected by Chef Shelley, then enjoy the fruits of their labor as a group in a relaxed environment. There will be no regularly scheduled classes from May 2024 until October 2024. During this time Shelley will be focusing on private & corporate classes. Private Classes
Chef Shelley Wiseman is available to teach customized and intimate cooking classes in your choice of location or your home kitchen. From core techniques such as knife skills and baking to French cuisine, she can help you elevate your skills while having a great time with people you know and love in one of our locations, or in the comfort of your own space! Corporate Team Classes
In addition to Shelley’s regularly scheduled classes and private events, she also hosts individualized team building classes for corporate clients to promote bonding, creativity and collaboration. Shelley offers a variety of cuisines to customize your menu, and specialize in French and Mexican cooking. Classes can be hosted from groups sized 6-15 guests.

Shelley has been curating culinary travel for years and invites you to join her and a select group of international teachers, writers, and chefs for your next immersive experience abroad or right here at home.
