Homemade Italian Pasta

This Italian menu explores contrasting flavors, textures and colors; sweet and salty, sour and sweet, crunchy and smooth, bright orange, yellow and green against creams and crusts. You will learn how to make egg pasta and pastry dough from scratch. (Prosciutto can be omitted for vegetarians.)
