Pop Up: Best Salmon Dish Ever!

I have Adeena Sussman to thank for creating this amazing Salmon recipe, published in her book Shabbat, Summer Weekend Cooking. To continue our celebration of summer produce,  we will make a zucchini based gazpacho and a peach tart with homemade ricotta!

Menu:

Zucchini-Apple Gazpacho, Olive oil croutons

Whole Fillet of Salmon with Middle-Eastern Spices and Homemade Tomato Jam

Spiced Persian Rice with Crust

Seasonal Fruit Tart with Homemade Ricotta
