POP-UP: Knife Skills & No Knead Bread

In this essential class you will learn how to hone and sharpen knives as well as many different vegetable cutting techniques. We will create a three course meal as we go, which you will sit down to enjoy at the end of class! You will also learn how to make Jim Lahey's astonishingly simple and fantastic no-knead crusty loaf!

Orange Supremes with Candled Orange Zest, Grand Marnier and Shaved Chocolate
