ST: Mexican Cooking Course ~ Tortillas, Tomatillos and Enchiladas

Learn the techniques and ingredients of Mexican cooking in 4 classes, at a discount, or just sign up for one! In the first class we will make corn tortillas from scatch and explore all the different flavors of tomatillos - raw, roasted, and boiled, to make salsas. We will end on a sweet note with classic individual Mexican flans.
