This is your deposit for September 15 - 23, 2027 Genoa & Italian Riviera Trip.

€7000 per person: Double Occupancy. Single Supplement +€1150

Deposit is due by October 15th, 2026.

The remaining balance must be received no later than June 1st, 2027.

If a participant cancels for any reason, the following conditions apply:

• From Nov 1, 2026 to May 14, 2027 (121+ days before departure): Full refund minus a €500 administrative fee per person and any non-refundable expenses already incurred.

• From May 15 to June 14, 2027 (120–91 days before departure): A cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total tour price will apply (the deposit may be used to cover this amount).

• From June 15, 2027 onwards (90 days or fewer before departure): No refund will be provided.

No refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrivals, failure to pay the balance by the due date, or voluntary withdrawal after the tour has commenced.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The entire itinerary is designed at a slow and relaxed pace. The group’s rhythm will be carefully considered by the local guides, who will adapt the experience accordingly to ensure maximum comfort for everyone. The programme is highly flexible, and the needs and preferences of all participants will be thoughtfully considered throughout the day, with regular pauses and rest stops included as needed.
• The tour is not suitable for guests with significant mobility issues; however, a slow-paced experience can be comfortably managed.
• Please communicate any food allergies and restrictions at the moment of booking.
• Due to reasons beyond our control, the itinerary and activities may be subject to change without notice and be replaced with similar tours and activities of equal or greater value.
• Entrance fees: the entrance tickets are not refundable, in case of cancellation by the clients.
• Boat tours: in case of bad weather or sea conditions, the boat tour itinerary may be changed or cancelled at the captain’s discretion. In case of BeautifuLiguria‘s cancellation, you will receive a full refund (private transfers related to the boat tour are not refundable).
• The description of the tours is only indicative. The tours cover quite large areas, so a lot depends on how far the clients walk and how interested they are.
• Insurance: We highly recommend clients to apply for an insurance that compensates them in the case of unforeseen circumstances, resulting in delays and change of arrangements not included in our cancellation POLICY.

The tour will be confirmed once the minimum number of participants (8) is reached, no later than May 15, 2026 (120 days prior to departure). The deposit will be deducted from the total balance due
