The cost of this 7 day, 6 night tour is $5,300 USD per person.

The cost includes double occupancy accommodations, three meals a day, all entrance fees and tours, local guides and transportation throughout the course. Two beers, house wines or non-alcoholic beverages with meals out are included in the price of the tour. Any other alcoholic beverages are at the expense of the participant.

The single supplement is $420 USD per person.

For this tour there is a 6 student minimum, we welcome you to invite friends and family. The maximum for this tour is 12.

Airfare is not included. We highly recommend purchasing flight insurance as we cannot be responsible for cancelled airfare.

Gratuity for our guides and hosts is not included in the price of the tour.

Students often ask us what is an appropriate amount to tip, we suggest 10% as it is the going rate in México City.

Cancellation and Refund

If Seasons of My Heart cancels the course, all course fees paid directly to Seasons of My Heart or Shelley’s Table will be refunded. We try to allow as much time as possible for student registration before cancelling a course. Please check with us to see how the registration is progressing before purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. You will be notified at least 6 weeks prior to the course if we need to cancel. We also strongly encourage trip insurance in case of unforeseen events.

If the student cancels their registration for the course:

● A partial refund, less $ 300 USD will be given. (excluding the single supplement, which will be reimbursed in full) will be given if the participant cancels 61 days or more in advance.

● A refund of fifty percent of the total price paid thus far will be given, unless the space is filled by someone else. Then a partial refund, less $300 will be given. (excluding the single supplement, which will be reimbursed in full) will be charged if a participant cancels 60 to 30 days prior to the course.

● When the cancellation occurs between the 29th day to the first day of the course, no refund will be given unless the space is sold to another participant. If the space is filled, then a partial refund, less $300 will be given.

Cancellations will be analyzed on a case by case basis, as long as we are notified by writing.

NOTE: A written notification must be received prior to refund.

Health conditions

For the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our participants, please keep the following in mind when considering this course. Participants must be in a good state of physical condition to be able to independently ascend and descend stairs, walk long distances on uneven surfaces and be able to independently embark and disembark planes, boats, and buses. We would also like to inform you that the altitude in Mexico City is relatively high (approximately 7,500 feet above sea level) which can make outdoor activities a little more challenging than at lower elevations.

If you have recently changed your medications, please make sure that you have adapted to the changes and are fit to travel.
