ST: Mexican Cooking Course Four ~ Braised Pork and Beef Tacos

These Braised Pork and Beef Tacos are perfect for a winter night. We will cook the meat in an instant pot (you will also have instructions for cooking them without one) then shred and braise them in a tomato-onion mixture. They are enhanced with the richness of refried beans and a salsa. We will complete the meal with a creamy chile poblano soup and some Mexican Pecan Brownies. To feast the completion of the course we will celebrate with a Hibiscus Margarita!
