Do you have a child or grandchild who loves to cook? This class will teach them how to make pastry dough, pastry cream, and blind bake crusts for sweet or savory fillings. The students will each make their own individual quiche and tart to eat at the end of class or take home, and the dough they will make in class will be taken home for a future quiche or tart.
This class is open to kids ages 9 to 14.
