ST: Brioche Brunch

Join me for this brunch class where you will learn not only how to make classic brioche and Pains aux raisins, but also how to make your own herb omelet, oven home fries and maple glazed bacon. We will start the meal with a fruit mimosa (bring your own bubbly) and end with a sunrise fruit salad.
