I hereby agree with the following terms and conditions: A deposit payment of $965 per person for double occupancy or $1511 for single, is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Payment in full is due two months before the trip, on January 26th, 2026, and is non-refundable. If the tour/services are being booked less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the tour/services, payment in full is required and is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be allowed for any unused tour services.

Shelley’s Table recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. You may use Travelex or any other insurer. I understand that should I/we decline the purchase of Travel Insurance provided by Travelex or any other Travel Insurance provider for the travel arranged for me/us by Shelley’s Table LLC, there are penalties for cancellation of these travel arrangements of up to 100% of the price of the travel depending on the policy of the supplier. Travel Insurance, depending on the specific policy, will protect me/us against incurring costs such as non-refundable payments, covered cancellation penalties, lost baggage, trip delay, medical emergencies, trip interruption, etc. If I/we have chosen to decline this insurance, we will hold Shelley’s Table, LLC harmless in any matter that would have been covered by Travel Insurance. I/we have the authority to sign this waiver on behalf of all the travelers named in this booking.

Please note: Although every effort is made to adhere to the stated tour, our itinerary, accommodations, and activities are sometimes subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Shelley's Table, LLC and its service providers.
